Blaine Kincaid
Director of Operations (North Dakota)
I started working in the healthcare industry as a CNA 20 plus years ago and really enjoyed caring for the elderly in nursing and assisted living facilities in North Dakota. Over the past 15 years I have held various management, executive leadership and consulting roles within the healthcare and long-term care sectors. Many goals have been met in my career by utilizing a balance blend of servant and entrepreneurship leadership with strong business acumen while always keeping quality and customer service at the forefront. My main area of expertise includes: daily project/operations management; mentoring/coaching all levels of staff; leadership development; recruiting and retention of staff; business relationships with current and new customers; sales; overseeing and managing large scale teams and contract negotiations.
I was born and raised in Mandan, ND and attended college full time in Moorhead, MN at Minnesota State University Moorhead, receiving a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with an Emphasis on Health Services Administration. I do also maintain my North Dakota Nursing Home Administrator License active within the state of North Dakota. I am currently married to my wife Breanne and have 3 daughters, Bella (12), Beauen (9), Breezie (5). We all enjoy a variety of sports and outdoor activities throughout the year, including spending our summer weekends at my father-in-laws’ lake cabin and live by the motto: Work hard and Play Harder
